Service for Users

ADELINE usage in consulting practice and research

Extensive service for users is offered. Participants in a training course are automatically members in the ADELINE user-club for 6 month. The membership may then be extended on a yearly basis. The service within the user club contains:

• Update service (no additional fees for program updates)
• Program hotline (support in program application, 24 h response time intended)
• Newsletter service
• User Club meetings
